    A MINI MBA is the essence of an MBA. The most useful, most frequently used parts of a classic two-year long master of business administration curriculum: Strategic analysis, generating strategic options, opting for and implementing strategy. Management in theory and practice. Managerial accounting (balance sheet, cash flow, income statement). Finance from the viewpoint of both an investor and that of a lender. Quantitative methods. Marketing and marketing planning. Leadership skills: self-awareness, convincing presentation, communications, resolving conflict and situational leadership. The very best of an MBA.
